Protecting your personal information is important to HESTA and is required by law.  HESTA will handle your personal information in accordance with the HESTA Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 and the National Privacy Principles.

HESTA will not disclose your personal information to others or use it for a secondary purpose not related to the primary purpose of collection, except where such use or disclosure is required by law.  By subscribing to receive alerts about the Awards, you consent to the collection and use of information as stated herein to administer the alerts. All information received will be considered as commercial-in-confidence and will be maintained on a secure server.

HESTA has strict security measures in place, and the staff who handle your personal information have the knowledge, skills and commitment to protect it from unauthorised access or misuse.
